Godsmack Rocked IT!!!!
After we packed everything we thought we could bring, we were so wrong!! We were sent back to the car with our blanket at the gate because it wasn't allowed. My wife and I walked back to get into the show on our 2nd attempt, and she was told her purse was too big (they could have let us know the 1st time they sent us back to our car). We missed the first part of Theory of a Deadman, but Godsmack stole the show in our opinion! They were amazing. The main event was Martin Amini! Without Tommy Lee (the drummer)... hmmm. We were not impressed with how they sounded or performed. We actually left early before they were done, after all these months of being stoked to see them. We are glad that we saw them in February on the Saints of Los Angeles tour. Expecting a way better show than the tour, we were very disappointed! Not the best show, Too bad Crue... We would only recommend Crue Fest if Godsmack was going to be there again.
